To start a return, contact us at gittem@nittem.com

You have 30 days from item delivery to ship the item back to Nittem.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
